L-SERVER-  A Linux based DDR
L-SERVERL-Server first introduced at 2003 at NAB is a new generation of film and video conforming system based on an open architecture under Linux. L-Server was developed by Academy Award Winning engineers, EXPERIENCED Hollywood engineers. L-Servertechnologies are being used every day in profesional environments and tested by demanding pros. It enables the operator to capture and playback uncompressed HDTV materials in real time using native raw formats without the need to import, tranform or compress the video. L-Server is the first Open Architecture Linux based HD server. L-Server is the first HD-SDI Linux server that is MXF compliant.  L-Server is also the first 64 bit video disk recorder on the market.


OPTERON on IBM
Developed for AMD OPTERON technology on IBM, the LMA CINELERRA system is  a powerful and highly productive workstation  for  adding cost effective hardware   and Linux   software  for  Video and film production studios.   

The   LMA  CINELERRA     system will support  SMPTE-292    and  SMPTE-259   native   10-bit resolution  -    the   maximum   resolution    allowed   in    SMPTE    SDI  standards on OPTERON.   CINELERRA was the first media editing system ported to support the AMD OPTERON 64 bit technology and is built on the IBM APRO Intellistation.
